La caisse en elle-mme est trs bien. La petite trappe sur le dessus pour passer la main est vraiment bien pour rassurer minou qui a horreur d'tre transport en voiture. Le plastique est costaud. Le design est joli. PEtite dception : il manque un petit loquet pour fermer la caisse. On peut quand mme se servir de la caisse, mais c'est vraiment dommage !
